We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected by Keys Gate Realty and Zac Tranten are used solely to communicate directly with you about real estate services. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

How you opt in

You receive text messages from us only if you gave us your number and asked to be contacted — by checking the SMS box on the form on this site, by texting us first, or by asking us directly. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than five (5) text messages regarding a given property, sent over a period of approximately two weeks, plus replies to messages you send us. We do not run recurring or ongoing message campaigns beyond this.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Keys Gate Realty is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately and permanently. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REMOVE and OPTOUT. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.

Where contact information comes from

Most of it comes from you, through the form on this site or from contacting us directly. We also contact property owners regarding real estate that is or was publicly advertised for sale, using publicly available records including county property appraiser records, and licensed third-party real estate data providers. We do not purchase mobile numbers for resale and we do not share them onward.

What you told us you're interested in — buying, selling, or property management
Whether you consented to text messages, and when
Property details such as address, bedrooms, bathrooms, year built and assessed value, from public records
Your responses to our messages

How we use it

To contact you about your inquiry and our real estate services
To answer your questions
To maintain records of opt-out requests so we do not contact you again

We do not use this information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Data retention

Contact records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by Florida real estate recordkeeping rules. Opt-out records are kept permanently, specifically so a number that has opted out is never contacted again.
